HUMMELS WHARF FIRE-RESCUE

It is the intent of Hummels Wharf Fire Company, as professional volunteer firefighters, to provide fire and rescue services and emergency protection to the Village of Hummels Wharf, Monroe Township, and surrounding communities.

Our dedication to provide these services will be demonstrated in our commitment to continually recruit new members and retain existing members, remain current with the ever changing developments in technology, and manage the administrative and financial affairs in a conscientious manner.

Hummels Wharf Fire Company recognizes the importance of community relations and is dedicated to assisting the community whenever possible by providing other services as needed, including educational programs, so that together we will work to protect our communities.

Hummels Wharf Fire-Rescue

Our Department is comprised of an Engine, Squad, Tanker, Attack, Utility and an UTV. You can see specifics about our apparatus HERE. Our station has gone through multiple renovations over the years with the most recent being in 2006. In addition to our own apparatus, We also house a MICU for Evangelical Hospital. This MICU is staffed 24/7 and serves the residents of Hummels Wharf, Monroe township and surrounding communities. Our members are dedicated to the protection of our communities and strive for the betterment of our service to them.

Hummels Wharf Fire Company – Social Club

The Social Club is a club designed for the financial support needed to operate an efficient and dedicated Fire Protection Service. Anyone may apply to be a member and regularly has events for your enjoyment. Having a Fire department theme decor including a Fire Hydrant Tap System you are sure to feel welcomed. In addition to the bar area we also have a staffed kitchen with daily lunch specials and pool tables for your enjoyment.
